Credit Terms
The undersigned, being the duly authorized agent of the Applicant, hereby applies for a credit facility from Unicom Graphics Limited, and agrees that any amount invoiced from Unicom from time to time prior to the date hereof and remaining unpaid shall be deemed to be an advance under such facility, and shall be repaid within 30 days of the date of such invoice, with interest calculated at a rate of 1.0% per month on overdue accounts. The Applicant acknowledges that this document is intended to act as a Security Agreement under the Personal Property Securities Act, and hereby grants to Unicom a security interest in all of its present and after-acquired personal property, to secure repayment of any advances made hereunder. The Applicant hereby acknowledges receipt of an executed copy hereof.
